You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For returns due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other returns (if accepted), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging.
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked “non-returnable”.
